Minor Blues guitar scale
See the Minor Blues scale on a guitar fretboard, learn its notes and degrees, and practice it in any key.
What it is
The minor pentatonic with an added ♭5, the blue note. Gritty, bluesy and tense.
How to use it
Play it over a 12 bar blues and over minor or dominant chords in rock. Pass through the ♭5 quickly or bend into the 5th; do not rest on it.
